After School Winter

Rover Symbl Ring 2

rover1

1           A person who spends their time wandering.

2           (in various sports) a player not restricted to a particular position on the field.

Archery    A mark for long distance shooting.

5.1             A mark chosen at random and not at a determined range.

The Oxford Dictionary provides an accurate summation of our forthcoming after-school program here at Nowhere Archery.   Archery anchors our explorations across the Shire as our young rovers seek their mark throughout & within the Beloved Land.
This course is especially designed for advancing students, who’ve been grounded in practice.  We’ll be sharing some of the more subtle practices on the range while learning to find the Mark at great distances.  In addition, rovers will learn clout archery, reaching a ground target from a high skyline.  In addition to new bow skills, Rovers will learn to craft new arrows, repair old ones and put a hand into designing new archery challenges on the range.
